Your privacy is important to the Hearings and Appeals Division of the Department of Administration for the State of Nevada, hereinafter NVAHD. This is a government site, and it is intended for the electronic filing of court documents, which often includes publicly accessible information. This statement discloses the information practices for the electronic filing system of the NVAHD. This statement also includes what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.

NVAHD Privacy Principles:

NVAHD provides access to court information consistent with the Nevada Electronic Filing and Conversion Rules adopted by the Nevada Supreme Court.
Registered Users’ phone numbers and email addresses recorded in the electronic filing system will only be disclosed for purposes related to the use of the electronic filing system.

Password Protection and Confidentiality

The Registered User is responsible for all use of the account and confidentiality of personal password and user information. Each attempted login will be recorded, along with its success or failure, with the requesting IP address. The NVAHD will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised passwords or user information. The NVAHD makes every reasonable effort to prevent unauthorized disclosure of Registered User information gathered for use with the electronic filing system.
